"Still never heard back from customer service"
In the end, I never got a response from customer service. I sent two emails and waited several days, but no one ever got back to me. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get some help.

I ordered a dress the whole delivery process was such a mess. As someone who plans outfits around specific events, it was really frustrating watching the delivery date keep changing with almost no real updates. It finally showed up way later than expected, after I already needed it, so it was basically useless at that point. Customer service didn’t help much either, just vague replies that didn’t really answer anything. The clothes might be fine, but I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date

"International shipping was seriously slow"
I waited weeks for my order to show up, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. It was really frustrating not knowing where the package was or when it would finally arrive.

"Sizing was way off for me"
I ordered a dress from Shoptiques in my usual size, and I did check the size chart before buying, so I thought I was being safe. But when it showed up, it was way smaller than I expected.

The dress itself was cute, which made it more frustrating, but I could barely get it zipped. The fit also didn’t really look like the photos on me, so I was just kind of standing there like… okay, now what, because I needed it for a weekend thing.

Shipping was totally fine, no issue there. It’s really just the sizing that threw me off. I might order from them again, but only if I size up, I guess, though even then I’m not totally sure.

"Exchange took longer than I hoped"
I did end up getting my exchange sorted out, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. It just took longer than I expected, and I don’t think I was being unreasonable for wanting a quicker update. Support was fine and helpful enough when they got back to me, but the waiting part was a bit frustrating.

"Wish there was more variety"
I was hoping to see more unique pieces, but a lot of the boutiques seemed to have the same kinds of styles. It felt a little disappointing, if that makes sense.

"Nice stuff... but wow, the prices?!"
They do have some really nice stuff, and I wanted to like it more!!! But the prices just felt way too high for what it was... I kept looking around thinking, okay, this is cute, but is it really worth that much?? Not bad overall, just not something I’d rush back to buy at those prices!!!

"Felt like the description kept moving the goalposts"
I ordered a dress from Shoptiques because the listing made it sound like the fabric would be thicker and more structured, which is exactly what I was looking for. But when it showed up, it was much thinner than expected, and the fit didn’t really match what the size info had led me to believe.
Shipping was fine and the dress arrived without any issue, but the whole thing was frustrating. It felt like they set one expectation in the description, then the actual item moved the goalposts once it got to my door. Better photos and more straightforward details would’ve helped a lot.

The shopping part was fine, but I blame the site for making the return policy harder to figure out than it needed to be. I had to click around a bunch just to understand the basic rules, and the details about timing and fees still felt a little unclear. It’s not a bad site overall, but whoever organized the return info could’ve made it way more obvious

"Sizing is kind of unpredictable"
I’ve ordered a few pieces from Shoptiques the sizing has been all over the place. One dress I got was huge on me, then a top in the same size was way too tight. Cute stuff for sure, and there’s something about it that keeps pulling me back, but ordering feels a little stressful now because returns are a hassle. I just don’t really trust the fit anymore.

"Packaging could’ve been a bit better"
My order showed up on time, which was great, but the packaging felt a little cheap to me. The box was slightly bent, and there didn’t seem to be much protection inside. Luckily, the item itself was fine, so it wasn’t a big deal, but I guess I was expecting a bit more from them...

"Cute items, but the refund dragged on"
shoptiques does have really cute stuff, and that’s why I ordered in the first place. I ended up returning my order, though, and the refund just took way longer than I expected. I kept checking my account like maybe it would show up that day, then the next day… you know how that goes. Customer service did respond, which I appreciated, but it didn’t really seem to make the process move any faster. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but if you’re counting on getting your money back quickly, it can definitely be frustrating

"Checkout was kind of a pain"
I tried buying a dress on Shoptiques, but the checkout kept freezing when I entered my card info. I had to refresh the page twice and retype my address, which got annoying. The shipping cost didn't show up until late in the process too, so that was a bit frustrating. My order did go through in the end, but it definitely wasn't a smooth experience. Not the worst site I've used, just a really messy checkout.

"Customer service never really helps"
I found a few things I liked on the site, but trying to get help was annoying. Customer service did respond, but it felt like they barely read what I wrote, and I had to explain the same thing again. Their answer was super basic and didn’t really solve anything. It wasn’t the absolute worst, but it’s always disappointing when a simple issue turns into a whole back-and-forth for no reason.

"Shipping felt a little slower than expected"
My order did show up, so nothing major went wrong, but the shipping was slower than I thought it would be. The site was easy enough to use, but I kind of got the feeling they weren’t in any rush to get the package out the door. Maybe they were waiting to bundle orders or just prioritizing other shipments, who knows. Overall it was fine, just not the fastest delivery experience.

"Pretty close to the photos"
It looked mostly like the pictures, but not exactly the same once I saw it in person. Something about it was a little different, maybe the color or just that whole thing, but it was close enough overall.
